We were first referred to Kirk by a mutual friend while we were trying to get estimates to add another deck on our house. Kirk was the only contractor who promptly return our calls, came to our home (when promised), listened to what we wanted, and gave us a fair price, and then delivered on everything he promised. We have kept going back to Kirk for several reasons: · He is honest - gives you a fair price, sticks to it, and delivers it within his time frame. · He has great vision for the end result of a project. · He is extremely knowledgeable and has the skills to deliver high quality results. KP Anderson (Kirk Anderson) has done remodeling and
construction work for me over the past six years. He updated my
Kitchen and gave it a new look and added a Sun room and a
second floor Bedroom / Storage room to my home.
He is a conscientious, creative worker who will listen to your ideas
and try to find the best way to accomplish them. He will work with
you to give you what you want and also let you know if it can't be
done.
The Sun room (all weather room) is the best thing I have done to
my house since it was built over thirty years ago. It gives us much
pleasure throughout the year, both summer and winter.
The sub-contractors he chooses are superb and compliment his
work. He guarantees all work to your satisfaction. He will design and build
what you want for a reasonable price, using high quality materials.
